    Wow! I'm very impressed with your attention to detail! That seat came out wonderfully and looks great. I don't know that I will duplicate that exactly, but I definitely picked up a few tricks (breather holes)! Also, the woodworker in me is kind of jealous of your shop!

    Glad you found some helpful hints. As you know the plywood can be easily cut with a skill saw and a jig saw. If you have an upholstery shop near by they can sell you the foam and possibly the vinyl, or theirs always ebay. The hardest part is the commercial sewing machine. If you know someone with an OLD home sewing machine it might be up to the task if taken slow. Just folding the vinyl and stapling will work if no machine is available.
