Problem With Spaces Until I Log Out and Re-login

Its not my Chromebook...I thought it was a sticking spacebar too at first. Not every time I log in, but frequently when I go to post a comment the space bar will not enter a space. I log out and come back in and most of the time it works again.

Sometimes re-logging does not work. So I log out and come back later and usually it works.

It is always during commenting on a post, not while starting a new thread.

    Anyone else experience this ?

I just did it again. It seems like it does it every time I press 'Reply With Quote' then edit out some of the original post that I'm not going to comment on. If I don't edit it, the spaces appear just fine right where they're supposed to be.

    Could be a dirt or sticky problem. Try this;
Click "Start" and select "All Programs."
Click "Accessories" and select "Ease of Access."
    Click "Ease of Access Center."
Click "Make Keyboard Easier to Use."
Click "Set Up Sticky Keys." Deselect the checkbox that says "Turn on Sticky Keys When Shift is Pressed Five Times." Make sure the box that says "Turn on Sticky Keys" is not checked. Click "OK" to save your changes.
Click "Set Up Filter Keys." Uncheck the box that says "Turn on Filter Keys." Click on the checkbox next to "Turn On Filter Keys When Right Shift Is Pressed For 8 Seconds" to deselect it. Click "OK" to save your changes.
Click "OK" again to save all of the keyboard accessibility changes you have made.

I have had the same problem on another forum. No idea what causes in , no matter how i hit the space bar , it won't move the cursor ..I have to then click the cursor in between the words and then the spacerbar will work for that space only . Can do another reply ,and it will work prefectly . Until the next time it decides to do it .

I've been noticing the same thing for the past month or so. Just editing my bad spelling in a reply with quote.
No matter where you go.......There you are.

I have been having hiccups lately on several sites I visit. I use my phone and a laptop. I just keep pecking away till something works. One of the pics I tried to post yesterday would not show up here. It took 5 tries to post it.

I made some changes to your text editor, can you tell me if your spacebar is working now?

I just edited your comment to mimic the scenario and am adding this comment and am noting that the space bar is working fine now.

Thank you Lee, and I'll let you know if it happens again.
