Got a call yesterday that Diane's sweet potato plant were ready to be picked up. Garden looks like a swamp right now after 10.65 " of rain in the last week. Will have to put them into pots until the ground is dry enough.

I was able to get the sweet potatoes planted today. Ground was a little damp yet, but it worked good enough to plant. With rain forecast for the next 3 days, I couldn't wait.

Good Deal.
I've got until tomorrow evening to plant garden according to the local weatherguessers.
Ground dried well today with the mid 80s, sunshine, a good breeze, and low humidity.
Gonna try and finish planting the spot I have broke. I need to go in the morning and get some sweet tater slips. Only thing I don't have.

Good luck with them Steve. Plant some extra for the deer and groundhogs.
