    Red Kiwi, if you mean the ones that kindda look like a clam shell, I always heard them called White paddy-pan squash, but they may have other names.

    They are known in these parts as scalloped squash, patty pan squash, or white squash. Had some yellow and white on the grill tonight. Very.good! The yellow ones with the green trim are zephyr squash, a hybrid, and are the most flavorful of all. The seed breeder and seller describes them as having a nutty taste.
