Here is a step by step photo tutorial I made. Try following this sequence of steps and let me know if you have any questions.
Step 1:
Go to http://www.photobucket.com and enter your username and password. If you don't have an account, click join now and follow the easy on-screen directions. Its fast and completely free!
Step 2:
Once you have logged in and been redirected to your album, click on browse.
Step 3:
A window will pop up so you can find your images on your home computer. Click the drop down arrow at the top of the window to find the folder where your images are located. (Usually My Documents) Click on the file name of the image you wish to upload. Click open.
Step 4:
You will now be back at your photobucket account screen, but you should now see a small green arrow to the left of the browse button you clicked earlier in step 2. This lets you know that an image is ready to be uploaded. Now click the upload button.
Step 5:
If the upload was successful, you should see this message.
Step 6:
Now scroll down a bit until you see the image that you uploaded. Notice there are three lines of code and buttons below each image. Click the bottom button to copy the code you will need.
Step 7:
Now come back over here to http://antiquetractorsforum.com and go to the board you wish to post your photo at. When you are posting a new topic or a reply you will see the box below. Simply click with your right mouse button anywhere inside the box. (The right mouse button is the one you don't normally use). A small window should pop up and you should see the word paste. Click on that word and the code you copied from photobucket will appear in the window.
Step 8:
If the code copied successfully you should see something like this.
Thats all there is to it! You can now post more photos in the message, add text to the message, or simply hit submit to show everybody your photo!
