One more pic of Silverking and two pics of a Wards tractor. I guess that was Wards answer to Sears David Bradley tractor.

I'm thinking that the hand crank disappeared from tractors in the late 50's; there was still a hand crank in our '54 Case, but none in our '57 Case or '57MM.

The Wards looks like a version of the Cletrac General that took so many names over the years.

I am somewhat confused here; did Wards not also have a tractor that would approach the 50 hp range; it would probably be a Standard tread and would be a what we call 3plow tractor??????

Wards bought a tractor from Custom Tractor Manufacturing following WW2. They were also sold as Custom, Lehr Big Boy, and a few other brands I believe. These are the tractors I believe you are wondering about.
