kinda rare, a american GM built thing wasn't it, thought there was only 23 of them in the world (well the first model they built anyway
i do know of one in scotland, was told there were 2 or 3 in NZ too _________________ SAMECAR |

| Originally built by the Samson Tractor Co. and later taken over by General Motors. I know of 7 of these tractors in the South Island. |

The Samson tractor co started in1898 and was in the owner's hand's
until GMC bought him out in 1916 they tried to build a tractor to challenge
Ford but they could not match Fords price and it folded in 1919 I read it
cost GMC $20,000,000 all up the only thing was a factory to build chevs  _________________ kiwicolin |

Ray it has as far as I know it had "sieve grip" wheels as it had sieve grip
written all over it,I have found out there are two working Samson's in
North Canterbury with in 150 miles of where I live I shall try to get some
